Founded in 2007 with a bag of flour and bottle of olive oil and a rolling pin with the best cheese in the world grano padano. We make the best thin focaccia in the world. Layered with parma ham and balsamic reduction with hand picked rocket.
I started a a flat bread company from very humble beginning.
Have grown to a national company. We are at the biscuit mill on Saturday morning in cape town south Africa and in Jhb 73 Juta street and in stellenbosch slow food market.
In seven years we have catered for very exclusive clientele and several contracts likes of FIFA. We also have a camps bay club called st Yves were we the most famous night club in Africa serving the best food in the world. We looking at expanding international keep posted!!!
